Base Area (within a mile, no ski access): The Ranch at Steamboat is located just to the west of the Steamboat Ski area, above the Rollingstone Ranch golf course. A private shuttle (winter only) is available to guests for transportation to and from the ski area, shopping and dining.

Great condo very close to Steamboat
There were 6 adults staying at the condo. There were beds for 5 and a pullout couch for the 6th. Would have been nice to have a better pull out couch mattress, but the actual beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room and dining room were comfortable for all of us. There is a neighborhood/resort shuttle that you use an app to use. It was great during the day to get back and forth to the ski mountain… it would show up within 5 minutes. At night to get into the city for dinner, the shuttle took a while longer 30 minutes or more. All in all, it’s a great condo and I highly recommend and would stay again.

Great location and views. The shuttle service is very convenient. We had a few issues with a locked bathroom door but the complex handymen were quick to fix it. Could use some updating but otherwise great stay.

Our stay at the Ranch was great for our small group. Check in was smooth, the home was nice, and access to the slopes was very easy on the private shuttles. We had a great time in Steamboat and will definitely be back.

We have stayed at The Ranch condominiums for 4 years and love that we have a heated attached garage and a fireplace with plenty of dry wood to burn! It is hard to say which of those we prefer the most! This unit was nice and the kitchen was stocked well with enough pots/pans, utensils, plates, glassware, etc. to cook and feed 5 people during the 6 nights we were there. We love the view from The Ranch properties and will continue to book our annual stay there!
